Please do not call about veterinary advice for your pets to substitute for professional veterinary advice. Postage can be estimated on the site without a committment and is done by weight so don't call for an estimate as it is computed by weight and location. If you would like to suggest a product, you may do so here also. If you'd like to check the status of an order, (or cancel one that hasn't been processed), please go to the customer account page. Shipping is calculated by real weight by USPS to save YOU money. You can check shipping charges BEFORE you checkout using your zip code except for International orders. First Class may be as long as 7-10 days. Express mail may still be 2 days to your location so you may want to just use Priority. International Shipments to many low risk countries accepted. The United States Postal Service made major changes to its international mail. Shipping is often calculated incorrectly on International orders, and will be credited or billed extra using PayPal. All International are shipped First Class International unless you specifically request International Priority through email or on order notes. There is NO TRACKING for International USPS.
