Return Policy

Erin's Edge Labradors and Supply

UNUSED merchandise ONLY must be returned in MARKETABLE CONDITION at buyers expense within 2 weeks for full product refund minus all shipping charges unless the product is defective or the wrong product was shipped. Any goods sold below cost or past outdate are not returnable or refundable. Shipping Costs: Customer assumes all costs in shipping to us, and we assume the cost in shipping back to the customer if there is an exchange or replacement. All replacement/repaired products are shipped USPS first class or parcel post unless a rush is requested. The cost of such a shipping upgrade is to be paid by the customer prior to shipment. Defective products must be returned for credit unless there is a Manufacturer Warranty. If there is a money back guarantee on the product label, phone, email, or mail the MANUFACTURER ON THE PRODUCT for the money back refund with your proof of purchase and invoice. Most products carry a Manufacturers Warranty. Partially used Supplements and Treats may be returned for 75% credit for purchase price. Please call customer service at 800-644-5739 access #76, to determine whether an item is indeed defective before shipping and to obtain an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization)or email authorization within 30 days of purchase date. Return postage is not included unless authorized by us and COD's will not be accepted. Warranty does not include any use of the product that does not fall into the designed use of the product as intended by the manufacturer. Damaged Goods: If your package arrives with any evidence of damage, you must show the damage to the Postal Authorities. Do not accept delivery of damaged goods without showing the damage and requesting an insurance claim. Then call Erin's Edge at 800-644-5739 access #76 to inform us that you have taken this action. Then we can arrange for a replacement or whatever necessary adjustment is needed. You should, of course, refuse delivery of obviously damaged cartons or packages. CANCELLATION OF ORDERS: Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, providing your order has not been shipped out. In the event that a cancellation was submitted (via email or phone), and your order was shipped out after,DO NOT OPEN THE PACKAGE AND REFUSE IT AT THE POST OFFICE we will gladly refund the complete balance charged including shipping. However, if the cancellation was documented as received after the order was shipped, we will refund the merchandise total less shipping. The most important thing to keep in mind when ordering is that our stock balances fluctuate throughout the day with sales demand and stock that we receive from the manufacturers. Items are constantly being sold and our stock is constantly being replenished. If the item is identified as "Out of Stock", we may be able to special order the item for you and ship it as soon as we get it. Most items ship within 2 weeks. Some items are limited and may not be able to be reordered. Erin's Edge reserves the right to limit stock to quantities of 4 of each product. Just because the item you ordered is NOT identified as out-of-stock does not necessarily mean that it will be in-stock at the moment you order it. We will notify you if the item you ordered is out-of-stock. We first try to reply via email and give you 3 days to reply. If we have not heard from you we will then try to call you at the numbers you provide with your order. Be sure to give us your current email address and phone number. Be advised that prepaid orders always get priority for delivery. Many out-of-stock items are excellent products and are available for purchase, but we do not always stock these items in inventory. We will be happy to special order these items for you in a timely fashion. Again, most items ship within 2 weeks.

INTERNATIONAL DESTINATIONS: It is the customer's responsibility to determine the legality of receiving a product into their state or country. All items, including those denied delivery to the destination due to customs restrictions and subsequently returned to us, will be refunded minus all shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee, if the product is received in a marketable condition. If the product is not returned to us by customs, the customer is responsible for the entire bill. Products will be sent as "GIFT" with no invoice included. If you wish an invoice print it out from the website. Paypal is available for International orders. High Risk countries must be pre-approved by email. International orders are cheapest under 4 pounds. Above 4 pounds the shipping doubles. There is a flat rate International box $23 to Canada and Mexico $37 to all other countries, 20 lb weight limit applies). International shipping is figured using priority rates but I send the items First Class International and refund the excess unless specially requested to use priority.
